Appropriations Requests
Please direct any questions you may have to our D.C. Office at (202) 225-2176.
PROGRAMMATIC OR LANGUAGE REQUESTS
A programmatic request is a request to fund a general federal agency or program at a specified level. A language request is a request for bill or report language that does not direct funding to a particular entity but encourages, urges, or directs some type of action by an agency. The deadline to submit programmatic and language requests for FY25 has passed.
COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING
In addition to supporting federal agencies and programs important to Central Floridians through the regular appropriations process, Congressman Maxwell Alejandro Frost is committed to supporting and advancing projects across Florida’s Tenth Congressional District that will provide lasting value to the people of our communities.
Our team will release an updated COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING GUIDE with guidelines on the accounts, process, and eligibility criteria once the House Appropriations Committee issues guidance. Please read the guide before submitting a request.
Our office is limited to 15 final submissions, which will be posted publicly on this website. All requests will be thoroughly vetted before submission to the House Appropriations Committee.
The deadline to submit CPF requests for FY25 has passed.
Community project funding allows local governments and certain non-profits to receive a one-time, small to medium-sized allocation to complete projects of local importance. Important note: For-profit institutions, such as private companies, are not eligible for funding.
