Resources for Federal Workers
As you may be aware, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and Republicans are firing essential federal workers, disrupting critical services, and trying to access your personal data. But no matter what, we're here to help and stand up for you. I'm fighting to protect hard-working American taxpayers from cuts that Trump, Musk, & DOGE are making to essential services.
My office is collecting stories from federal workers about what you are experiencing. Under no circumstances will I share publicly any information you send me without your consent. You can also choose to submit your stories anonymously if you prefer.
We'll continue to update this page with information that may be helpful to you, including summaries of your rights, recourse you can seek if you believe you are being illegally terminated, and answers to other frequently asked questions my office is receiving.
Our team does our best to update this resource regularly. Access to some of these resources might change or shrink due to Presidential or Congressional action. If you encounter a discrepancy or error, please let us know.
Remember, due to Congressional Rules I'm unable to direct you to resources provided by non-governmental entities. This means that you can find additional, non-government resources that are helpful to your circumstances. I encourage you to do your own research to find all the available resources available to you.
If you are a federal employee from Florida or if you are a Florida locality, organization, or company that receives federal funding and has been affected by recent spending freezes and you would like to share your story, please follow the link below:
