Pop-up Passport Days
With summer around the corner and travels approaching, take the time to check the expiration date on your passport as you plan for any international trips.
Need to apply for your passport? On June 13th and 14th from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, in partnership with the Department of State, we’ll be hosting Pop-up Passport Days, where you can apply for your passport in-person and learn more about how our offices can best serve you.

After your appointment request is received, you will be notified of next steps within 1–2 business days.
To apply for a passport (or to renew a passport), you must submit:
- A Completed Passport Application:
· DS-11 – For first time applicants or minors
· DS-82 – For adult renewals

- Evidence of your U.S. Citizenship (Birth Certificate; Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship; Previously Issued U.S. Passport)
- Recent Passport Photo – 2” x 2” (NO GLASSES in Passport Photos)
- Photo Identification and clear, single-sided copy of the front and back of the ID
- Payment of Passport Fees (check or money order)
Application Forms for a U.S. Passport
-Use the State Department’s Form Filler to enter your information online and print off a paper form with a special barcode.
You may also make your own appointment at a location and date that you find to be convenient. Local passport acceptance facilities can provide similar passport assistance offered at the fair.
